Stress creeps up on all of us at different times, but it can become very serious if we don't catch it in time. Stress can trigger depression, anxiety or even suicidal thoughts. There are treatments available, and there are things all of us can do to help ourselves become more resilient.
But the most important thing to do is to tell someone.

It’s Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month, so we’re sharing the signs and symptoms to look out for:

🔵 A long-lasting bloated or swollen tummy
🔵 Feeling full quickly or loss of appetite
🔵 Pain in the lower tummy area and/or back
🔵 Pain during sex
🔵 Needing to pee more often or more urgently

These can be similar to symptoms of other more common conditions, but if you’re worried about any changes in your body, please call the surgery.
